okay, so I lied (but only a little)

... I didn't get a chance to upload pics last night because everything was all crazy-busy-like. Ever have that? Monday's work day just keeps on continuing into Monday night and you're like, "Leave me the hell alone, it's 7 pm already??"

So I'll try to post my past weekend's pictures on tomorrow's blog, sorry about that. Life is what happens while you're making other plans...

PS Is anyone else really, super terrible at reading those little Captcha words? You know, when you're leaving a comment on a blog or forum, it's those little wavy letters that you have to read and then re-type into the blank space below to make sure you're not a computer in Bangladesh?

And does anyone else think those Captchas are secret little messages? Sometimes I get ones that say things like "glee" or "fiery" and I think, THE UNIVERSE IS TRYING TO TELL ME SOMETHING!! SPEAK, O UNIVERSE!!

I never claimed I was normal.

I totally suck at those little word things. Sometimes I have to do the audio option. Something must be wrong with our brains.

Those things are sneaky, and I hate them. I often find myself clicking the "choose another word" option.

Sometimes I have to redo those damn things three times! Cripes.

I often fail at them too! That's why I turned them off on my blog and love that you don't either! Hopefully our blogs stay clean of bots or mean anon comments so we can keep it this way.

And don't worry, we are waiting patiently for those pictures. =)

Take your time, your words suffice.

I totally think there are odd words that pop up there. Some of them quite profound ;)

Hmm, maybe we're both a little strange.

Like fortune cookie fortunes, those squiggly missives are code sent from the ether of unformed existence to torment us, or enlighten us, depending on how your day is going ;)

You get actual words?! I get gobbledygook. Or I really need to bone up on my vocabulary.

the other day the message for me was "dude". hah ahaha! that one made me a lot happier than the one that said "hooker".

LOL you are nutty, I love it. :) Sometimes I wonder of they're supposed to be actual words too...cause they do seem like some kinda msg of sorts. Haha, see, your nuttiness is rubbing off on me! :P

I'm glad you're not normal that would be boring. Yes, those things drive me crazy!! I'm so impatient so I always mess up at least three times before getting it right.

This had me doubled over laughing. It is so true.

omG i never thought abt the words like that! You're right. There could most certainly be a message there from the world. How cool. (I'm a geek too).

I like when they are actually words. I had one the other day that was "wayibe" and I giggled. :) XOXO

Those squiggly word things so often correspond to the blog and my comment, it is uncanny. I want to put it in my comment, but at the point the word is there, it is too late. I was reading a blog about someone who was really angry and after my comment the squiggle word was "Kilit". Uncanny

i'm totally convinced that if i could figure out what those words (that aren't really words) meant, i would unlock the secrets of the universe.

When the Captcha has two words, there's a good chance you're using recaptcha, which is a project to help digitize old books and newspapers. One word is the "real" captcha, and if you get it right, then the computer assumes you probably got the other word right too.
